Cold and rain did not deter the gardeners of Taylor Street Farms from celebrating another successful growing season.
We donned rain boots and parkas and danced along to great music from Chicago-based band The Custodians.
Our gardeners showed off their culinary and gardening talents. Veronika harvested fresh herbs from her plot and prepared fresh olive oil flatbreads onsite. Our smallest gardeners enjoyed face painting and games like a popcorn relay and pumpkin carving.
Thank you again to all who were able to attend and celebrate another year at our beautiful garden.
