On a cold day in February, the farm rests under a fresh blanket of fallen snow. Despite a mild winter here in Chicago, we are all ready for the snow to melt. We are all forced to spend a few more months dreaming of fresh tomato slices, crunchy carrots and spicy peppers. But we are not hibernating here at Taylor Street Farms! Our 2015 gardeners have filled out their applications and we are welcoming new gardeners from the wait list.
